The phone deal I looked into

I bought my first rental last year for very little money down and I was looking to buy some more propoerty. I looked around for about three hours and I found a few properties that I would eventually look at closer. I then started taking a closer look at a few phone deals with Sony PS3 thrown in to the equation. I have been looking for a new phone and my daughter Mindy wants a video game system. This would be the perfect buy.
