Its not a hard concept to grasp, but it will take effort to accomplish it. You need to crank up the intensity by doing things like, keeping the time between your sets short, using different set schemes, and different methods of training. If you want workouts for muscle building and fat loss then the faster your workout the better. This will keep your metabolism higher than in a usual work out. It will be like a cardio work out if you approach it the right way.
