Dont Stay in The Gym For Too Long

When you are in the middle of a good workout and in the zone you will find that you lose track of the time.  This can be good and it can be bad at the same time.   You have to make sure that you dont overtrain your body and set your gains back.  Because working out too long will stress your body too muscle in the wrong way.  Thats one of the reasons why Im not a big fan of high volume training.  It does have its place though.  Its good to use when you find yourself in a training rut and need something new to get you out of it.
