I have always taken good care of myself; therefore, I am a very healthy person. I just recently turned 50, and even though I have taken prostate formulaslike Urinozinc for a while, it was time for my prostate check up. There was no turning back. I have to admit I was really nervous. The exam itself made me really nervous, but the possible diagnose made me even more nervous. My grandfather died of prostate cancer.
