Stretches for Intense Lower Back Pain

In today’s society, back pain is very common because we spend a lot of time sitting, either at a computer desk or on the sofa. In addition to being in sitting position a lot of the time, people have bad posture. Good posture is extremely important as it keeps our spine in line and allows us to hold our heads high, thus preventing back problems. When doing stretches, be sure to be gentle and not follow the “no pain, no gain” rule as this does not apply in this situation.
