Fish and other Seafood
February 27th, 2010 . by adminI’m not a big seafood eater myself. My parents never served it while I was growing up so I never learned to like it and I can’t stomach most of it now. A piece here, a piece there, a little bit of grilled shrimp on occasion. However, smoked salmon is one of the few things that I could eat as a meal. Arriving hot, and with plenty of salt, smoked salmon has a rich, full flavor, and as the main course, can go with just about anything else on the menu. Side dishe’s are no problem either, because there are many appropriate ones to choose from.
