When I was a whole lot younger than I am now, I had a best friend named Tommy. We were always together, and it seemed like we were always getting into some kind of trouble. But Tommy and I were very different. I was a quiet child of a lawyer and a nurse, at least until I met Tommy. There were seven kids in his house and kids toys everywhere. I was an only child and all of my play things were educational, things like microscopes and chemistry sets. Tommy loved to use all my things though, and playing mad scientist was one of our favorite things.
