What Went Wrong?
February 20th, 2010 . by adminWe are sort of between a rock and hard place. About eight years ago, when the market was smoking hot, we made the decision to invest in real estate. We had planned on holding onto it until we were ready to build a home, and then would cash it out. Well, now that we really need to sell the Belfast property, things aren’t looking so hot. It is a frustrating, to say the least, to feel like we put all our chips in a row and it just isn’t working out that well for us with the troubles in the economy.
