I made some inquiry today on having permanent hair removal on my bikini line. I booked in to have my patch test and a consultation. I learned quite a lot about the different stages of hair growth growing, slowing down and resting stage. The technician explained to me that the best time to treat the hair is in the growing phase where the hair is still attached to the hair follicle. This means that the targeted hair will not grow back at all. Also the darker the hair and fairer the skin the better results and less treatments, but it does not mean you cannot have it done if you have olive skin. It all depends on the different setting the therapist sets.
